Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Products with a 2 year warranty and products with an 8 year extended warranty are refundable if they are defective or have a manufacturing defect, system error, bug, or if the material has been broken/used over time. If they are damaged or broken inadvertently or due to lack of maintenance the warranty will not apply. The return shipping costs will be at your expense, the rest of the costs for sending back a similar new product (the product + shipping) will be at our expense.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, whether similar or not.

You can return a product up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging, in its original and complete condition. We will not be able to offer you a refund if these conditions are not met.
Customer service. We do not proactively offer a full refund. We make arrangements. We have the arrangement part.
We have to protect our shop. It is unavoidable to meet the satisfaction of all customers. There are also minor problems that can be partially refunded and customers can keep the product.
